About the Team
As a member of the P2P team, we play a crucial role in Miro's Financial Reporting and Control function. From making sure vendors are paid on time to keeping our financials clean and compliant, this team helps keep the engine running smoothly. Their accuracy, speed, and reliability make a huge impact—not just in numbers, but in the success of the entire P2P function. This vital task greatly contributes to the overall success of our P2P team!
About the Role
What you’ll do
- Accurately and efficiently process invoices from vendors
- Ensure invoices are approved, coded correctly, and compliant with company policies
- Prepare and manage payment runs
- Assist vendors with inquiries and resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally
- Regularly review the AP aging report and work to clear outstanding items
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline AP processes and resolve any issues
- Contribute to month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and accruals, and support the broader accounting team as needed
What you’ll need
- You have 1+ year of experience in Accounts Payable
- You have a basic understanding of finance, bookkeeping, and accounting principles
- You are familiar with full-cycle Accounts Payable processes and ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)
- You have experience collaborating with distributed teams or shared service centers
- You are proficient in English, both written and spoken
- You are a proactive problem-solver, skilled communicator, and work well both independently and in a team
- You have experience pulling reports, analyzing data, and sharing insights with the team
