About the Role

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! 
As a key player in our AP operations, this role will be essential in ensuring our invoice processing is smooth, accurate, and timely. You’ll be responsible for reviewing invoices, handling payment processing, coding, and managing vendor communications—all while adhering to company policies and procedures.
We’re seeking someone who’s sharp with numbers, highly organized, and experienced with data entry. If you're great at meeting deadlines and love problem-solving, you’ll thrive in this role. Strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude are a must—we want someone who can anticipate challenges and take action before they become issues.

What you’ll do

  • Accurately and efficiently process invoices from vendors
  • Ensure invoices are approved, coded correctly, and compliant with company policies
  • Prepare and manage payment runs
  • Assist vendors with inquiries and resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally
  • Regularly review the AP aging report and work to clear outstanding items
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline AP processes and resolve any issues
  • Contribute to month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and accruals, and support the broader accounting team as needed

What you’ll need

  • You have 1+ year of experience in Accounts Payable
  • You have a basic understanding of finance, bookkeeping, and accounting principles
  • You are familiar with full-cycle Accounts Payable processes and ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)
  • You have experience collaborating with distributed teams or shared service centers
  • You are proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • You are a proactive problem-solver, skilled communicator, and work well both independently and in a team
  • You have experience pulling reports, analyzing data, and sharing insights with the team
